Former Towie star, Sam Faiers, 33, took to Instagram to share her agony after suffering an injury in an accident with her young son Edward. The one-year-old poked Sam in the eye, causing her extreme pain.
Sam's Update
Sam shared a selfie wearing Chanel sunglasses, revealing the pain she's experiencing from the corneal abrasion caused by her son. She asked for tips to alleviate the discomfort and later updated her followers before going to bed.
Healing Process
According to the Oxford Health NHS Foundation, corneal abrasions usually take up to 72 hours to heal. Sam welcomed baby Edward in May 2022 and shares him with partner Paul Knightley. The couple also has two older children, Paul and Rosie.
Parenting Decisions
Sam recently defended her choice to co-sleep with her children after facing criticism. She emphasized the importance of providing security and comfort to her kids, urging other parents to trust their instincts and do what feels right for their family.
