SAM Faiers has shared an update on the renovations at her £2.25million mansion.
The former Towie star took to social media to reveal the project she and partner Paul will be embarking on next – the bathroom.

Sharing a snap of an empty bathroom which has been completely stripped of paint and carpet, Sam penned: “Bathroom…Let’s go.”
The space is a blank canvas ready for work to get under way, and the beauty continued to say it’s the first of the bathrooms in the home to be “in progress.”
Sam added: “Clearly we have a few weeks to go. So excited. The bathrooms in our house are all pretty old fashioned.
“Can’t wait to show you more soon.”
Mum-of-three Sam has been keeping her 2.5million followers up to date with her home renovations.
The Mummy Diaries star, who welcomed youngest son Edward in June 2022, is renovating a sprawling property with her partner, which has a gigantic garden that resembles a park.
One snap of the family shows them sitting outside around a large eight-seater rattan table with a fire pit in the middle.
While behind them, four sun loungers and matching tables had been laid out with blue striped cushions on the sprawling land.
Proud mum Sam photographed her three kids cuddling up on the furniture, as she gushed over the “incredible entertaining” space.
Elsewhere in the garden, the family have an inflatable hot tub, set up in front of neatly trimmed hedges on the grass.
Sam has revealed small snippets of what the home looks like inside, including a cream satin headboard in their bedroom.
While the living room is decorated with cream carpets and a marble fireplace, with simple white furniture dotted around the room.
