SATURDAY Night Takeaway fans all said the same thing after Rylan was pranked by Ant and Dec in epic fashion.

The popular presenter was an unwitting participant in tonight’s episode of the ITV show, after the cheeky Geordie duo set up a fake Eurovision filming day to prank him.

Rylan, 34, is one of the main presenters of the annual music competition and is used to the weird and wonderful world that is Eurovision.

Ant and Dec decided to tap into that by setting up a day at a studio where Rylan had to deal with a strange Belgian director who wanted him to interact with a man dressed in green in front of a green screen.

Rylan had to lean against the guy under the pretence that he was then going to become the Leaning Tower of Pisa, before sitting on him and pretending he was a motorcycle.

As if that wasn’t enough, they then introduced a fake Eurovision act at the end of the day, and while the performance got off to a good start, pyrotechnics soon caused a member of the act to catch fire.

As chaos ensued, Ant and Dec then revealed themselves, leaving Rylan shocked and in disbelief.

However, Takeaway viewers were impressed by Rylan’s professionalism despite what was thrown at him throughout the entire day, and took to Twitter to compliment him.

One wrote: “Rylan is honestly so lovely and genuine, what a lovely man.”

Another added: “How amazing is @Rylan. Came across so lovely and genuine on #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”

A third agreed, writing: “What an absolute pro @Rylan is – phased by nothing!”

Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: “That undercover just showed what a genuinely lovely person @Rylan is on and off camera.”
