Scott Thomas, 36, has signed up for Love Island All Stars, and the 'real reason' behind his decision has been unveiled.
The Business Struggles
Scott, known for his appearance on Love Island in 2016 alongside ex Kady McDermott, faced the collapse of his health and fitness business last year. This setback played a significant role in his choice to join the 2025 Love Island cast.
A source shared, "All Stars came along at the perfect time for Scott as he's had a lot of stress with his business collapsing. Not only is it a payday for him going on the show, but it helps boost his profile for future business ventures."
Scott had started the company Food4Thoughts during lockdown, aiming to build a business empire around food and fitness. Unfortunately, the firm went into liquidation, leaving both Scott and his brother Adam out of pocket.
With debts, unpaid taxes, and financial struggles, the business venture took a toll on Scott and his partners. The concept was praised, but the firm failed to attract enough members to sustain it financially.
Love Island Legacy
Despite the challenges faced in 2024, Scott is looking forward to a fresh start during his All Stars experience. While he continues to run a successful PR agency, he sees this opportunity as a way to showcase a new side of himself and possibly find real romance.
Reflecting on his past, Scott expressed regret for turning down the chance to appear in All Stars earlier. He acknowledged his growth and maturity since his first Love Island stint and is excited to share this new version of himself with the world.
Stay tuned to see how Scott's journey unfolds on Love Island All Stars and whether he finds the happiness he's been seeking.
