Selling Sunset $75M Beverly Hills mansion with massive pool & outdoor kitchen STILL hasn’t sold ahead of season premiere

A Beverly Hills mansion priced at $75 million and being offered by Selling Sunset star Davina Potratz hasn’t sold, and there are growing concerns it might still be on the market when the show’s fourth season premieres in November.

The nine bedroom, 12 bath home is located at 1021 N. Beverly Dr. Right in the middle of the famed 90210 zip code.

According to the sales listing: “Entertain guests with ease in your private backyard paradise over looking one of the largest and most beautiful pools in all of Beverly Hills”

“The seamless indoor/outdoor flow creates inviting living spaces for resort style relaxation that completes this one of a kind property”

The home, which belongs to the real estate agent’s client Adnan Sen, sits on 18,000 square feet and features a home cinema, outdoor kitchen, pool and so much more.

The official offering for the house describes it as: “A sprawling Beverly Hills contemporary estate on over 1 acre of land, recently completed with meticulous attention to design and detail.

“Developed by Sen Properties, the 7 beds, 10 baths main residence boasts 15,605 sq. ft. of stylish living spaces including an elegant foyer, top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen, sleek dining and living areas, state-of-the-art movie theater and gym, wine cellar, a lavish owner’s suite with his-and-hers walk-in closets and bathrooms.

“Meticulous attention to design and detail through this lavish home includes an elegant foyer, 30 ft ceilings, top-of-the-line chef’s and catering kitchens”

“The seamless indoor/outdoor flow creates inviting spaces for entertaining and resort-style relaxation, including an outdoor kitchen and dining area, one of Beverly Hill’s biggest and most stunning pools, all while surrounded by lush landscaping and a huge grassy yard.

“Other unique features include an impressive futuristic automated awning surrounding the property which can control the natural ambient lighting, and a separate 2,690 sq. ft. guesthouse with 2 beds, 2 baths, completing this superbly private compound.”

TWO YEARS AND COUNTING

Davina first listed the mega mansion for sale in October 2019.

At the time, she said: “So pleased to present my newest off-market listing!”

But more than two years later, the empty house has turned into one of her now oldest listings, and fans have taken note.

The “lushly landscaped, private compound, sprawling on over one acre in prime Beverly Hills, exudes pure luxury”

The lot is made up of a 15,605 sq ft, 7 bed, 10 bath main residence and 2690 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath guest house

One wrote: “Life and work may be chaotic at the moment, but I do take comfort in knowing Davina still hasn’t sold Adnan’s house #Sellingsunset”.

Another added: “A belief I hold with absolutely no evidence to support it is that if given the chance I could find a buyer for that $100 million house Davina still hasn’t sold.

On Facebook, the discussion raged on, with one person commenting: “The owner wants 75 million when he only paid 5 and change. This house is worth 15-20 at best.”

That was answered by some else who said: “the owner paid 5.8 mil for the land with a house that he tore down. He then built a new house and guest house.

“Definitely not worth 75mil, but probably closer to 35-40mil.”

DAVINA DONE

Possibly complicating matters, Davina quit the Oppenheim Group last year, and is now an agent at The Oppenheim Group’s rival Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills.

Speaking to Screen Rant, Davina says of the listing: “Do I know [the listing] is over priced? Absolutely. Is Adnan a really nice guy and not as scary as he seems on the show? A hundred percent.”

The property is currently the most expensive property listed on the real estate company’s site, and if sold would be the highest sale ever made on the Netflix show.

If Davina is able to sell it, it would beat the record set on the show by Jason Oppenheim, who at the start of Season 3 revealed he had sold a $40 million Hollywood Hills property from the previous season.

After a successful run of three seasons, Netflix has announced the reality show will return for season 4 on November 24.

And Davina will still be a part of the show, in some capacity.

Two new realtors, Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan, will also be introduced in season four.

And the new season will feature the wedding of Heather Rae Young and her fiancé Tarek El Moussa.
