Senior Year viewers seriously distracted by Rebel Wilson’s weight loss in new Netflix comedy

SENIOR Year viewers were all left saying the same thing about Rebel Wilson’s appearance after her new comedy dropped on Netflix.

In the R-rated flick, Rebel plays Stephanie Conway, a high-school cheerleader, who suffers a head injury and falls into a coma before her senior prom.

The actress has lost a staggering amount of weight in recent years

She wakes up 20 years later as a 37-year-old woman who decides to head back to high school to finish her term.

Fans were able to get a glimpse at Rebel’s new look when the trailer for Senior Year – her first new movie in three years – dropped last month.

For those that have watched her new flick, which debuted last Friday, many were left flabbergasted by her “inspirational” weight loss journey.

Alongside an array of red love hearts, one person: “Just watched Rebel Wilson’s film on Netflix and her weight loss transformation is truly jaw-dropping.”

Echoing their comments, someone else said: “What an incredible transformation Rebel Wilson has had. She was beautiful before and after.”

While a third added: “Rebel Wilson looks incredible in Senior Year. Her weight loss journey is one to truly admire.”

Given Rebel’s body transformation, fans have been wondering about the actor’s diet and exercise routine.

In an interview with Apple Fitness+ back in January, the Australian actor revealed how she lost “unwanted body fat,” specifically mentioning a low-impact exercise.

The Pitch Perfect star’s secret? Walking for a solid 60 minutes every single day.

“The doctor said to me, ‘Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is just simply walking,'” the actor said in the interview.

“‘Doesn’t have to be high-intensity, doesn’t have to be uphill, just moderate walking an hour a day.'”

Senior Year is available to stream on Netflix.
