STILL reeling and fuming after being run over by Ethan, Warren Fox loses his cool next week.
The Hollyoaks gangster finds a new target when he is taunted by Sam Chen-Williams. Get the lowdown on the next week’s drama.
1. Sam is attacked
The Loft is the spot Grace Black (Tamara Wall) has picked for a traffic light party.
After his accident has left him in bad shape, Warren (Jamie Lomas) feels like he has something to prove and volunteers to be on security.
But while he could take Joel berating him, Warren is pushed to the limit by Sam (Matthew McGivern) who has decided to taunt him.
Warren lashes out at the police officer and knows he’ll have to suffer horrifying consequences.
Questioned by the police, Warren vehemently denies everything in the hopes of getting away with his violent outburst.
Waking up injuries, Sam also tries to cover everything up, which can only work in Warren’s favour.
But when Sam’s long-lost sister Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) worries for him and pays him a visit, she’s shocked by what he has to tell her.

2. Warren confides in Joel
But before Maxine can confront him, Warren turns to Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed).
Warren tells Joel he has had another seizure and the latter is keep on pushing him to get himself checked out by a professional.
His efforts are in vain but Warren is at least urged by Joel to tell Maxine what’s going on.
The secrets won’t be revealed anytime soon, however, as Warren is later seen hiding a bag filled with more of them.
3. John Paul finds love…
After his failed engagement with abusive George Kiss, it’s time for John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) to get back on the horse and date again.
When Sally organises a keep fit competition for the students’ half-term, Olivia recruits him to do some promotion.
John Paul is distracted as he walks around the village – a stranger strikes up a conversation and hits on him.
Although he slacked off while Olivia managed to reach her 20,000 steps, John Paul is satisfied as he gives romance another shot.
John Paul spends the night with his admirer, Luis.
But an earlier accusation bursts his bubble and John Paul views the night differently after a shocking truth is revealed.
4. … And sorts his life out
John Paul commits to getting his life back on track, with his issues with alcohol being at the top of his list.
Pushed away by John Paul, as he has been avoiding all of his calls, Luis tells Olivia the truth and John Paul is left alone to face the consequences.
His life begins to spiral once again and he finds it hard to his alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
John Paul’s day only gets worse as his deputy headteacher duties are thrown onto his lap when Prince mentions an alarm going off at the school.
And when he is finally allowed to check things out, John Paul uncovers a terrifying scene.
He is soon branded “hero of the day” as someone else gets the blame for one of his mistakes.
Yet John Paul struggles with the knowledge that this was all on him.

5. DeMarcus collapses
While John Paul takes matters into his own hands, DeMarcus Westwood (Tomi Ade) tries his best to overcome the grief and recover from his family’s heartbreaking start to the year.
But when his father Felix attempts to bond with him, his poor choice of words make DeMarcus feel like he has something to prove.
He confides in Leah Barnes (Elá-May Melek Demircan) and she offers to help him.
The pair decide to break into the school to make a statement.
While there, DeMarcus and Leah find some alcohol in the caretaker’s closet and show off their mischievous streak by deciding to have some fun.
DeMarcus can’t handle the amount he has been drinking and collapses, leaving John Paul to find him.
6. Grace and Saul’s relationship goes south
Grace and Saul Reeves (Chris Charles) are in trouble next week as a there’s a major shift in their relationship.
As Grace gets ready for her traffic light party, Saul is preoccupied as he has a meeting with his bosses following his rule-breaking approach to Toby’s case.
Nothing ever truly goes unpunished in the Chester village: Saul is demoted to police officer as a consequence, leaving Grace worried about their relationship.
Although he receives some helpful advice from his replacement Zoe, Saul finds the change hard to take in much like Grace.
Later in the week, Saul gives Grace an ultimatum and it may well be the end for the pair.
7. Mercedes struggles
More than a month after the explosion at Marnie’s Salon de Thé, Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) is dealing with the consequences of her husband Sylver’s death.
Reminded that social services will be paying her a visit soon, Mercedes has also arranged a job interview but needs somebody to look after her son Bobby.
Scott steps up to the plate and offers her to look after the young boy and Kathleen-Angel.
Free to attend the interview, Mercedes makes a terrible first impression when she arrives late.
