JAMES Argent stripped to his swim shorts and showed off his whopping weight loss as he took a dip in a pool in Marbella.
The former TOWIE favourite, 34, chose a snazzy pair of blue-print swim shorts for his chill day as he relaxed in the holiday hotspot.

Arg couldn’t resist diving in the pool in the scorching temperatures
James, dubbed Arg, looked eager to top up his tan as he stripped off his shirt to reveal his 14st weight loss.
He slung his blue towel on a lounger before padding around pool-side in a pair of nude sliders.
After sizzling in the sunshine he was understandably eager to cool down.
Showing off his swimming skills, Arg headed to the pool edge before diving straight in.

As he emerged from the water he ran his hands though his hair to slick it back from his face.
Later on, perhaps deciding diving was too much energy, the reality star entered the waters via the metal steps.
Last month, Arg was seen in the same holiday hotspot as he went topless jumping off a cliff into the sea, before relaxing on a pedalo.
Meanwhile, James shed his incredible amount of weight last year after having gastric bypass surgery to limit his food intake.
Arg underwent the life-saving operation in a bid to turn his life around.
Ever since his surgery, James has kept fans updated with his progress and recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on.
He told The Celeb Report back in February: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”
Arg, who began piling on the pounds in lockdown after kicking his cocaine and booze addiction, previously exclusively told The Celeb Report how doctors told him he was “on death row.”
It took his mum Patricia breaking down in tears in his bedroom for him to finally seek help.
“Bingeing made me tired and lethargic so I’d make plans every day to meet friends, do a job or achieve something,” he tells The Celeb Report.
“But after I binged, I was so exhausted I’d end up just staying in bed and not leaving the house.
“Then one afternoon my mum found me in bed and started crying.
“She said, ‘I don’t recognise my son any more.’ That was a big wake-up call.”
His life re-vamp has proved hugely successful, with the star looking slimmer than ever as he appeared on the Lorraine show to promote his new career with The Arg Band.
