SIR DAVID Jason has opened up on his 'feud' with Only Fools and Horses co-star Nicholas Lyndhurst as he reveals they THREW objects at each other. The sitcom legend, 84, previously sparked rumours of a backstage fallout with his BBC co-star.
A staged argument for entertainment
Sir David has revealed there was never a fallout – though the pair did stage a fake argument on set. Writing in his new memoir titled My Life, Sir David explained that the apparent furious outburst between him and Nicholas was completely staged, purely for their own entertainment.

Meanwhile, the TV star – who has also starred in other hits such as Open All Hours – revealed his 'upset' at only being remembered for Only Fools and Horses. Sir David expressed his feelings on being constantly associated with his character Derek Trotter, stating that it sometimes hangs him back and upsets him slightly.
