SISTER Wives star Christine Brown has placed her Arizona pad back on the market after an offer to purchase fell through.
Kody Brown‘s wife’s Flagstaff, Arizona home, which she bought in 2018 for $520,000, is now listed on realtor.com with an asking price of $725,000.
The house, complete with a striking red front door, features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The abode sits on two acres of land.
The property website features a selection of images showing the classic wooden and exposed brick interiors as well as massive open-play kitchen.
It adds the mom of six’s property boasts “wide open spaces and the most amazing views.”
PROPERTY DEEDS
The Celeb Report previously reported Kody transferred their Arizona home to Christine, to whom he is “spiritually” but not legally married to.
In the Warranty Deed obtained by The Celeb Report, “married” Kody is listed as the grantor, while “single” Christine is the grantee, meaning she is purchasing the home from him in the amount of “10 dollars.”
The Warranty Deed was dated August 28 and was filed with the Arizona court on November 6.
The address listed for Kody is the $890,000 home he shares with fourth and “favorite” wife Robyn, who he legally married in 2014.
RE-LOCATION PLANS
Earlier this year it was confirmed Christine would be staying in her Arizona home – despite her desire to move back to Utah.
On the season finale of Sister Wives, Christine expressed her desire to move back to Utah now that polygamy has been decriminalized in their home state.
But when her husband Kody, 53, and sister wives Meri, 50, Janelle, 51, and Robyn, 42, shut down the idea, Christine was brought to tears and admitted she “can’t do marriage with Kody anymore,” as she “doesn’t matter” to him.
On the season finale of Sister Wives, Christine expressed her desire to move back to her home state: “Family’s there, everybody has family in Utah. My dad’s there. I don’t know how long my dad’s going to be around. My mom’s there, sister’s there, Aspyn’s there, Mykelti’s there, Peyton’s there. Mariah and Audrey are moving there.
“It’s about living with the community again, living with like-minded people again.”
Kody told Christine during their conversation: “You’re talking about something that I want that I just refuse to even entertain now. It’s an exciting thought, just ’cause all my friends are in St. George.”
But when she told the wives, they each turned down the idea.
She said: “I want to move back. I think we have a beautiful property here, I’m not saying we don’t, but we haven’t done anything. We’ve been here for two years and we haven’t really done anything.
“I am proposing that we not develop this land, even though it’s wonderful and magical, and you guys have been dreaming on this land for a long time. I haven’t. I immediately stopped, because I started dreaming about Utah and going back.”
Viewers have encouraged Christine to leave Kody since the finale aired.
One Reddit user wrote: “I really wish for her to find a partner that walks with her, supports her and is really a husband. Her eyes will open up.”
MONEY WOES
Recently, The Celeb Report revealed Kody and Robyn – the last of the wives to join the bunch, owed $1K in taxes as they “can’t afford” to build on their own land.
Kody owes $1,058.31 in property taxes, which include interest, on the Arizona home he shares with Robyn, 42.
Kody missed two tax bills on the house, according to an Arizona court.
Kody and Robyn bought the five bedroom, four bathroom home for $890,000 in August 2019.
The massive home almost ended Kody and Robyn’s marriage.
The home they were renting went on the market, forcing them to find another house.
Meanwhile, Kody and his four wives Meri, 50, Janelle, 51, Christine, 49, and Robyn have yet to build four homes on land they purchased called Coyote Pass.
On the most recent season of Sister Wives, the family struggled living in four separate homes miles apart.
