In a video shared on her X profile, Sophie showcased her injured left foot in a walking boot brace, using a mobility scooter to navigate around the BBC's New Broadcasting House. Additionally, she was seen using crutches for walking and continuing her workouts while wearing protective gear at the gym.

In a candid caption accompanying the video, Sophie shared, "That marathon injury turned out to be a little worse than I thought. Been on crutches and in a boot since the start of June! But discovered knee scooters." She expressed relief about starting her rehabilitation process and hinted at a positive outlook moving forward.
