She put on the racy display after opening about how much she “misses” her kids, to whom she lost custody last year to her ex Thomas Ravanel.
The star, 30, posed next to her friend, Jake Horton, who kept it casual in a baggy overshirt and white sneakers.
Kathryn meanwhile, flaunted her curves in a black corset top.
She styled the sexy number with a pair of wet-look leather pants and Alexander Wang mules, worth $595.
For the picture, she posed seductively with her hair between her fingers as she leaned against her bestie.
But the divorcee kept her fans guessing with a cryptic caption.
“Happy full-blown moon,” she wrote and added the hashtag, “weird stuff is about to go down.”
Some fans commented to say how much she looked like Jersey Shore star Jenni Farley, also known as JWoww, in the picture.
One shared: “I thought you were Jwoww from Jersey Shore when I first looked at this picture!”
‘BRAVE MAMA’
Previously, the mom of two won praise from her followers as she showed off her stretch marks from her pregnancies in an “unedited” bikini photo.
In the picture, Kathryn laid on a sun lounger as she modeled black swimwear from the brand Beach Bunny.
The TV star allowed her followers to spot the various marks on her skin.

‘MISSING YOU’
These latest updates from Kathryn come after she posted pictures of her children, and admitted that she was “missing” them.
She shares Kensie, eight, and Saint, six, with her ex Thomas, but lost custody of the kids in March 2021.

“Wish you were here,” she wrote over a photo of daughter Kensie holding a Furby toy.
“Missing you,” she wrote above an image of her son Saint in a hockey jersey.

Thomas accused his former partner of using drugs and neglecting the children in 2021.
Although she denied those allegations, the court ultimately sided with Thomas, who is the former Treasurer of South Carolina.
