STACEY Solomon and Joe Swash have started decorating Pickle Cottage for Christmas – seven weeks early.
The Loose Women star admitted she couldn’t wait for her first Christmas with the couple’s new baby Rose after moving into the dream home at the start of the year.
Stacey filmed Joe, 39, arranging their festive accessories in their bedroom and revealed her theme this year would be “country cottage”.
She said: “Spent the whole day getting wintery in the bedroom. Since November 1st I’ve been itching to get some festive spirit in the bedroom – Joe’s over the moon!
“I’m obsessed with this Teddy Bjorg atm and it’s only from M&S, and a festive side table, some winter roses and my reindeer.”
She also showed off her huge fireplace and mantlepiece which she jazzed up with fake fern and white berries.
The star added: “A wax burner and my theme this year is just country cottage, ferns, greenery, white and oak. So thought I’d start as we mean to go on.
“So excited for our first Christmas at pickle cottage and our first Christmas with our darling Rose.”
Last year Stacey went wild with her Christmas decorations – putting up TWO festive trees in her bedroom.
She waited until early December to decorate her home, and the couple’s bedroom was the last place to get a makeover.
It boasted two fake Christmas trees covered with snow, a huge gnome by the side of the bed and a cosy corner made out of Rex’s furniture.
But Joe wasn’t as keen on the decorations and she filmed his reaction on her Instagram Story.
The Dancing On Ice winner shouted to Stacey: “What the hell Stace? What is this doing in the room for? Why have we got all these trees in here?!”
