STACEY Solomon is convinced she gets a proper workout during romps with fiancé Joe Swash, even though she stays in the missionary position.
The 32-year-old who has just announced she’s pregnant with her fourth child, reckons she burns 1,000 calories during her sexy sessions with Joe.
She made the shocking revelation during Friday’s episode of Loose Women.
The panellists were discussing the news that Weight Watchers was starting to give ‘fit points’ to people who had sex to count towards their weight loss journey.
Kaye Adams joked she lied in the missionary position and might only exert energy when switching off the light.
Stacey laughed and pointed at the Loose Women host saying she was “like you” and only did missionary.
“I’m like you and I feel like I’ve burned 1,000 calories,” Stacey admitted as the other Loose Women laughed hysterically.
“I lie there and think ‘I’m working hard… I’m pretty sure I could have a whole Mars bar after.”
Her fellow panellist Nadia Sawalha added, “next time we need a calorie counter so we could watch her back.”
Along with burning lots of calories, Stacey and Joe’s romps obviously worked as she shared her exciting baby news with fans yesterday.
Stacey also revealed they had been trying “for a long time” and she shared a letter, which stated she had suffered a miscarriage.
Alongside the stunning family snap, wrote: “We are growing another pickle. We’ve never felt so grateful… I have no words.
“We didn’t think we would get the chance. We love you all to the moon and back. Lots of love From Me, Joe, Harry, Zach, Leighton, Rex, and our little pickle.”
She also posted a series of clips on her Instagram stories – sharing her journey to get pregnant with her fans, including her tragic losses.
The couple, who have been together since 2015, had their first child – Rex – in May 2019.
She is also mum to Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, while Joe is dad to son Harry from a previous relationship.
But the pregnancy means the famous couple have postponed their wedding, because they want their new baby to be there.
They were due to tie the knot on the last weekend of July and Stacey revealed there had been a change of plans during a Q&A on Instagram this evening when quizzed about her upcoming wedding date.
The 32-year-old explained: “We are going to move it back a bit, maybe not until next year but we both said we’d be a bit gutted to look back at pictures and all of our babies weren’t there.
“So for the sake of a few months we will do it when they are all here.”
Joe had previously let slip the date of their big day during an appearance on Loose Women earlier this year, leaving her fuming.
The couple are planning to say I Do in the back garden of their new home in Essex after getting permission.
