A HARRY Potter star has been recognised by eagle-eyed fans in the new series of Stranger Things.
Ever since the fourth season premiere of the critically-acclaimed hit Netflix last week, fans across the globe have been getting their teeth stuck into it.
As ever with a new instalment, new characters have been spotted – including one rather familiar face from the world of wizards.
Jamie Campbell Bower, who played a young Gellert Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts spin-off series, has been spotted playing a rather different role in Stranger Things.
The 33-year-old plays Henry – also known as One – in the series, which is a vital role in the new season.
Those who have already raced through the new episodes have taken to Twitter to comment on his involvement in the new series.

Alongside an array of red love heart emojis, one person penned: “Look who it is in the Stranger Things universe – a young Grindelwald. Who would’ve thought it?”
Replying to their tweet, someone else said: “I’ve spent the last four days trying to figure out why this guy looks so familiar!”
While a third remarked: “He is a very good actor for sure. Great to see him involved in Stranger Things.”
Jamie appeared as a young Grindelwald in the first instalment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
He reprised the same role in the 2018 film Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, becoming the only actor to appear in both film franchises.
Jamie spoke to Variety about his role in the show, stating that he even made Millie Bobbie Brown cry during a read of the dark monologue.
“She was terrified, like, literally terrified,” Jamie explained.
“And when she saw Vecna, she burst into tears and she said, ‘That’s not my friend. I don’t know who this person is anymore. Where’s he gone?'”
Stranger Things is available to stream on Netflix.
