STRICTLY Come Dancing bosses hope to sign up fitness guru Joe Wicks to take part in this year’s show.
It comes after The Body Coach transformed the nation’s fitness habits during lockdown last year by doing daily PE classes for families online.
The effort £350,000 for the NHS.
The star, 34, who is worth a whopping £22 million, has snubbed invites to appear on the BBC1 show in previous years.
A source said: “Joe is popular with kids so appeals to a wide audience and is tempted to take part.
“He’s focussed hard on his career in the past, but would love to have some fun and put a smile on people’s faces.
He’d be a huge hit with families.”
Speaking last year about turning the show down Joe, who has two children with his model wife Rosie Jones, 30, said: “Strictly [has] always been asking me, but I am happy being at home with Rosie, Indie and Marley and that is it.”
