Fans outraged
Viewers of Strictly Come Dancing were left completely enraged as they claimed the 'wrong celebs' landed in the bottom two during Halloween Week on the hit BBC celebrity dancing competition.
Bottom two clash
Dr. Punam Krishnan and Shayne Ward found themselves in the dance-off, with the former Corrie star receiving a score of 31 by the judges. Chris McCausland and Dr. Punam Krishnan were given the lowest scores by the judges.
Public saves comedian
Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood awarded both stars a score of 26 points each with their respective pairings. Despite his score of 31 points, Shayne Ward was forced to perform again in the dance-off but was easily saved by the public.
Disagreements among fans
Many fans believe that former Go Compare opera singer Wynne Evans should have been in the dance-off instead. Taking to social media, viewers expressed their frustration over what they perceived as Wynne being overmarked by the judges.
Outcry on social media
One fan posted: "Should have been Wynne vs Shayne in the dance-off." Another exclaimed: "Pete was incredible and the fact that Wynne has just scored the same as him is criminal." Others shared similar sentiments, criticizing the perceived favoritism towards Wynne in scoring.
Continued controversy
Strictly Come Dancing fans continue to voice their opinions on social media, with some expressing disbelief at the scores given to Wynne Evans. The show can be watched on BBC One and streamed on BBC iPlayer.
