STRICTLY’S Dan Walker has been compared to Ross from Friends after a hilarious fake tan fail.
The BBC Breakfast star, 44, looked to have overdone his tan top up and was left wide-eyed at his own reflection.
Sharing a selfie on Twitter, he wrote: “Do you ever get the feeling that you’ve left something in the oven too long? #RossFromFriends #IHopeItWashesOff #Tantastic.”
His followers were amused by the dramatic colour change, with one comparing him to perma-tanned Real Deal host David Dickinson, while others agreed he resembled David Schwimmer’s Ross Gellar.
One wrote: “Youll be doing an antiques auction show next!”
Another said: “How many Mississippi’s did you count?!?”
A third wrote: “You’ve been tangoed!!!”
Ross famously developed a ridiculous tan after misjudging a spray tan booth. Rather than turning at the right time to get an even coat on his front and back, Ross used a prolonged ‘Mississippi count’ resulting in him being double sprayed.
On Thursday night Dan’s pro partner Nadia Bychkova looked sensational in green silk dress as they left It Takes Two.
The 32-year-old’s long legs were revealed by the plunging frock’s thigh-high split and accentuated by her stilettos.
The Ukrainian-Slovenian beauty smiled beside her celeb dance partner Dan Walker, who looked smart in a black three-piece suit and bow tie.
She beamed as she sat in the back of a waiting car, the full huge height of her heels on display.
Nadia recently said BBC Breakfast presenter Dan is “the right person” to waltz into her life this time around.
Asked in a joint interview last week if the pair had clicked, Dan said: “Sometimes the right person walks into your life at the right time.”
And Nadiya answered: “I think that was exactly what happened. Last year I didn’t have a partner but to have Daniel this year . . . I don’t think I can put it into words how amazing it is.
“If only I had known before, that I would get someone as amazing as he is . . . it’s just beautiful.”
Dan admitted he was the envy of pals after he was paired with the pro dancer. He revealed he had more than 500 messages on his phone after the launch show.
He said: “When I got off the first week, I think I had about 280 WhatsApps and about 250 text messages, from the world and his wife really.
“Everyone from my mum to Alan Shearer, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Louise Minchin and Zoe Ball. And then just my mates, who were like, ‘I can’t believe you get to dance with Nadiya’.”
Dan, who is married to wife Sarah, and has three children, added: “This experience has been completely different to how I expected. I thought I’d be at home by now.
“In my head it was like, ‘I know I can’t dance, I know I feel awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve been here a few weeks. I can say I’ve done it and go home and watch with everyone else.’
“But I think I’ve surprised Nadiya and myself. I’m enjoying it so much more than I thought I would.
“The important thing I’ve realised is that I’ve been privileged in my life. I’ve seen a lot of greatness and you think, ‘That’s incredible’.
“Now I feel the same appreciation when I watch Nadiya and the other pros dance.
“It’s their life’s work. I understand how good they are at what they do. And learning off the best in the business is just incredible.”
Nadiya said: “I’m elated to hear something like that, it means so much.
“Not many people can appreciate and understand it the way he does. And it’s just like, ‘Thank you.’”
