STRICTLY star Kai Widdrington was spotted chatting to a mystery blonde before heading back his hotel with lover Nadiya Bychkova.
The professional dancer, 26, looked cosy with a female dressed in a halterneck sequin dress after Saturday’s tour show in London.
Kai, 26, has been romantically linked to fellow dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova, 32 following her split from footballer fiancé Matija Škarabot.
The BBC One stars both returned to the cast’s hotel in the capital, but were not pictured together, as Kai looked deep in conversation with the mystery woman.
Wearing a black beanie hat and a leather jacket, Kai looked in good spirits as he laughed with the golden-haired stranger, while his love interest Nadiya looked stunning in a black crop sweatshirt and jogging bottoms.
Wearing her hair in a low ponytail and neutral makeup, she flashed a big smile as she returned to the hotel.
It comes after the pair had their first big row last month — over their baggage.
The TV dance pair’s spat played out in public at a four star hotel on Sunday night, just two days after they were first photographed kissing.
Insiders say they disagreed over him carrying her bags, before appearing to continue the heated discussion.
An onlooker said: “They were squabbling with things getting pretty animated.
“It seemed to start over Kai not carrying Nadiya’s bags and she got irritable.
“But then it seemed to spiral a bit and they were both making it clear they weren’t happy. It’s only been a few weeks but it looks like a bit of trouble in paradise.
“They both took separate hotel room keys, but nobody knows whether they shared.”
However, the pair quickly made up and were seen sharing a tender moment as they shared a meal together in Newcastle a few days later.
A source said: “Nadiya and Kai met away from the other dancers and celebrities who were a mile up the road in the Travelodge.
“She had bought Kai a coffee from Starbucks next door and they talked and cuddled before having a kiss.
“They didn’t seem to care who could see them. It’s clear they are massively loved up.
“They didn’t want anyone gossiping. There’s already been so much speculation.
“But since they have been so overt with their displays of affection, they might as well have had a kiss in the Travelodge and saved the journey.”
STRICTLY ROMANCE
The Celeb Report understands Nadiya and Kai started dating early on in the show, where they developed a close bond.
Last month, the smitten couple were seen on a walk during the tour’s stop in Leeds.
A second source said: “Nadiya has been single for a while and Kai was never dating AJ despite the rumours.
“So they were free agents when they got together. It also puts paid to talk of Dan and Nadiya — there was never a romance there. It’s early days still but Kai and Nadiya are happy.”
Kai cut short questions when asked about Nadiya during a press call for the Strictly tour.
Dancer Nadiya split from footballer Matija Skarabot, 33, last year. They have a daughter aged five.
In recent weeks, Nadiya has repeatedly been seen with and without her engagement ring.
