STRICTLY’S Katie McGlynn looked fresh faced for her supermarket sweep after getting the boot last weekend.
The soap star – who is best known for playing Sinead Tinker in the ITV soap – was the second star eliminated from the BBC dance competition.
Earlier today Katie, 28, opted for a casual look as she headed out to her local supermarket.
The actress, who now plays Becky Quentin in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, rocked a pair of oversized dark grey comfies and a matching jumper.
She completed the look with a black puffer coat and pink trainers.
Katie showed off her natural beauty as she left the house with no make-up on and tied her hair into a messy bun.
The actress nipped to the shops to pick up some essentials, which included a carton of oat milk and packet of biscuits.
Last Sunday Katie and professional partner Gorka Marquez were voted off the BBC One show.
The pair managed to score 24 out of 40 during the live show, after giving their own rendition of the American Smooth to Cruella De Vil from the the animation film Cruella.
The soap star was up again Loose Women star Judi Love in the dance off.
Judge Anton Du Beke back Katie all the way, but Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and head judge Shirley Ballas chose to save Judi,
Katie and Gorka were also in the bottom two in week two, with the judges choosing to send Nina Wadia home instead.
Earlier this month fans were convinced the two weren’t getting along after spotting “tension” between them.
Viewers took to social media to point out “tension” between Katie, 28, and Gorka, 31, both on the show and on their respective social media accounts.
Fans noted that Spanish star Gorka looked glum in posts made by the soap actress before the live show as they prepared for their second dance.
It came after the pair appeared to have disagreed over the amount of time that Hollyoaks star Katie spent rehearsing as she skipped dancing for filming.
However, they dismissed all of the speculation and have since praised one another.
Katie shot to fame in 2010 after playing Gemma Gooch in Moving On.
Arguably one of her most well known roles is Jodie ‘Scout’ Allen, who she played on Waterloo Road from 2011 to 2013.
After seven years on Coronation Street, she decided to leave the Cobbles and recently joined the cast of Hollyoaks.
