STRICTLY Come Dancing star Kaye Adams has revealed her key hack to saving energy at home.
The BBC contestant, 59 – who was evicted on week one – is spending more time at home now her training has subsided.

The broadcaster has taken to wearing her chunky silver puffer jacket in her home
As such, the Loose Women anchor has taken to wearing her silver puffer coat in her home as her key energy-saving measure.
Kaye made the money-saving reveal in a video posted to her Instagram page which saw her tell fans she believes her house is haunted.
She strolled around her study in the eye-catching coat, and told fans in her caption: “There is a POLTERGEIST in my printer! Yes you read that right. A poltergeist.
“We did not print these photos. They aren’t even my house.

“Anyone else ever had this happen to them?”
Addressing her penny-saving trick, she added: “And yes I have got my coat on. No I won’t be turning the heating up.”
Fans were quick to comment, with one joking: “When you said you’ll think I’m bonkers, I thought you were gonna say wearing my anorak 
.”
Kaye was then quick to confess: “It’s freezing in our house 
.”
Another questioned: “Kaye, are you being a good skinflint Scot and wearing your jacket indoors instead of putting the heating on???”
A third then put: “You wearing your big coat in the house again turn the heating on 
.”
Loose Women star Kaye and her Strictly partner Kai Widdrington were the first couple of the series to be sent home.
They had found themselves in the dance off along with 80s popstar Matt Goss and his pro Nadiya Bychkova.
Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke all voted to save Matt, meaning Kaye was shown the door.
Head Judge Shirley Ballas said she would have saved Kaye had she been given the deciding vote.
On the Sunday, hours before the first results show aired, the current filming format of the show came under fire after a BBC star dropped a major spoiler.
