Six years of banter
Susanna Reid couldn't resist a cheeky jab at Piers Morgan, three years after his dramatic departure from Good Morning Britain. The duo, who co-hosted the show for six years, have maintained a playful rivalry even after Piers left the set in 2021.

While in Los Angeles, Piers Morgan's son, Spencer, shared a video of his dad losing at table tennis. Susanna playfully commented, "The irony," to which Piers responded, "I won the match." Susanna didn't miss a beat and teased, "Sure you're not spinning the result?"
Remaining friends
Despite Piers' exit from GMB, he and Susanna have maintained a strong friendship. Susanna revealed that they are still in touch and even celebrated Piers' birthday together. She expressed admiration for his strong opinions and confirmed that they continue to be "very good friends."
Parting ways
Recently, Susanna bid farewell to another colleague, Ben Shephard, who left GMB to join This Morning. Ben thanked Susanna for her support and companionship over the years, reminiscing about the countless laughs they shared on and off the air.
