TEEN Mom Bristol Palin admitted she needs “help” with her three kids as she took to social media in search for a nanny.
The former reality star previously got emotional as her 12-year-old son, Tripp, flew out to Alaska to be with his father.
Bristol headed to her Instagram Stories to share a short clip revealing she may need a helping hand.
She begun: “… I am looking for some sort of nanny/personal assistant… and it’s so pathetic, but I really actually am.
“I have way too much going on and I need to get organized in order to level up my businesses – get things all dialed in. I need some help. I’ve got three kids and a million places to be constantly – a million different things going on.
“So I definitely need help in order to level up everything in life.”
Bristol then goes on to explain the type of person she is looking for, including someone who “lives in the Austin area,” “can pass a background check,” and someone is who “super reliable and trustworthy.”
The 30-year-old also said she is looking for a person who is “savvy with social media and can keep up with all my pages…”
A BUSY MOM
Aside from sharing her eldest son with her ex Levi Johnston, Bristol is also a mom to daughters Sailor and Atlee with her second baby daddy, Dakota Meyer.

Earlier this month, the former MTV star admitted to the “the worst day of the year for me,” as she saw Tripp head to Alaska with a pal to be with Levi.
Bristol and her first baby daddy would get engaged in 2008, before breaking things off in 2009.
However, both Bristol and Levi would reunite and once again get engaged in 2010, parting ways a few weeks later.
BRISTOL’S LOVE LIFE
The Teen Mom OG alum would get engaged a third time, this time to Dakota.
They would call it quits in May 2015, as Bristol would later announce her pregnancy with their eldest daughter, Sailor.
The couple then rekindled their romance and married in May 2016, welcoming their second child, Atlee, the following year.
The two parted ways for good in January 2018.
While Bristol may need “help” with her children, she and Dakota have been showing off their co-parenting skills lately, and fans speculate the former pair may be back together.
Not only did the exes reunite last month to celebrate Sailor’s graduation, but Bristol and their daughters also joined up with Dakota to celebrate his birthday.
Bristol even smiled as she kept her arm tightly around her ex’s waist.
She then wished Dakota the “happiest birthday” with a sweet video of everyone singing to him.
