TEEN Mom Chelsea Houska showed off major weight loss in a sports bra and leggings as the star shared a brutal workout video.
Chelsea has also been battling a $3million lawsuit as she lands a new HGTV show deal.
On Friday morning, Chelsea, 30, shared a workout on her Instagram Story.
She posted a video from her stationary bike with her virtual Peloton coach.
Chelsea added a sticker to her Story which said, “Friday.”
The Teen Mom star posted a selfie clip of herself in a tiny white sports bra and grey sweatpants showing off her midriff.
Her hair was in a messy ponytail and she was breathing heavily.
Showing off how hard she was working, she captioned the post: “Bye-bye, spray tan.”

Along with her spray tan, fans have told Chelsea to “chill with the bronzer” following her blackfishing slams.
Critics bashed the reality star after noticing her unnaturally darker skin tone on her Instagram Stories.
Chelsea took to the platform to take a poll of her followers’ preferred lash style for “research” when the backlash reignited.
The licensed esthetician asked whether users favored natural or big lashes in the quick clip taken in her car.
The TV star donned a pair of long fake eyelashes and heavy makeup with her black hair flowing down in waves.
Reddit users, however, were more focused on Chelsea’s own beauty regimen, making their feelings known in the comments.
One person mocked the TV star for her eye makeup, writing: “Like she’s actually going to change her beauty habits from her IG poll… I literally can’t imagine her not wearing falsies.”
While a second called out her darker skin color, saying: “Her tan is bordering on blackface.”
Another questioned her appearance, claiming they preferred her more natural look, adding: “Whatever she did to her face has aged her TERRIBLY. I have always thought she was SUCH a pretty girl
”
A fourth person thought the TV personality looked unrecognizable in the photo, writing: “If her name wasn’t on the picture and then the post, I seriously wouldn’t have recognized her. She looks very different”
And a fifth fan circled back to her skin tone, replying: “Wake me up when she’s no longer orange. The Oompa Loompa look is old.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea has agreed to hash out her $3million lawsuit in settlement talks instead of a trial after scoring a new HGTV show.
Chelsea and her husband Cole, 33, were sued by consulting company Envy for $3million for allegedly withholding money made from social media promotions.
Chelsea and Cole responded to the lawsuit by filing a counterclaim in May 2020, alleging Envy actually withheld over $150,000 from them.
The Celeb Report can exclusively reveal the parties have agreed to resolve the lawsuit in mediation.
In court papers obtained by The Celeb Report, Chelsea and Cole’s lawyer emailed the judge on the case: “the parties have agreed to pursue private mediation in an attempt to resolve the case.”
The attorney asked for all deadlines, including to produce discovery, which is evidence to be used at trial, be postponed for 60 days as settlement talks are underway.
