TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans shared a sweet picture of daughter Ensley to her Instagram Story, but the photo was quickly ripped apart by fans who pointed out the youngster’s “filthy” nails.
Fans also criticized Jenelle’s husband, David Eason, and the couple’s parenting of the 4-year-old.
Jenelle posted the photo of a smiling Ensley holding a wooden coin bank to her Instagram Stories.
She tagged husband David, sharing that he and Ensley had built it together as a fun project.
A follower of the show shared the photo to a message board on Reddit, captioning it “Awww… Ensley showing off Jenelle’s net worth.”
In the comments, users gleefully piled on to criticize the photo.
One user asked: “Do they ever do her hair?” It’s never styled and rarely looks brushed.”
Another said, “Too bad her mother is too busy crying all over social media to actually cut and clean those nails.”
“Her nails are filthy,” agreed another user. “Those poor kids.”
One user joked about the family’s money troubles and the behavior issues Jenelle’s sons have faced, writing “You just know that Jenelle and/or David robs this on a frequent basis and blames [son] Kaiser.”
Several users pointed out the “dirty” wall behind Ensley, while others said her smile in photos “never reached her eyes.”
“Every time I see her it makes me so sad because she’s the only one that doesn’t get a break from them,” lamented one commenter.

All this comes as the former reality star deals with issues, as Jenelle gave her followers a health update, revealing more about the “rare” spinal disorder she was diagnosed with this year.
“I’ve been taking a break from social media a lot more because I don’t feel good,” she added before sharing an update on her back issues.
“I had another MRA of my back done where my cyst is and my cyst is actually growing from six months ago. I’ve been in a lot of back pain, just been resting a lot lately.”
The ex MTV star mentioned that the stress of her recent failed business venture did not help ease her anxiety, as weeks ago she was dropped from her clothing line.

Meanwhile, in November, David, was arrested and charged with driving with license revoked and possession of open container
The incident report claimed David, 33, used “alcohol” at the time of the arrest.
He was held on $750 bond and was bailed out through a bondsman.
The ex TV star is to appear in court on February 16.
David was charged with Driving With License Revoked back in July 2020 in a separate incident.
But the drama on the road doesn’t end there, as David has additional charges for driving with license revoked, expired registration tag and speeding out of Pender County.
He is expected to appear in court for those charges on February 9.
