The revealing snap comes after the MTV star showed off her new butt fillers as she stepped out for a stroll with daughter Sophia.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the controversial reality star donned a white bathrobe as she posed up a storm while enjoying a trip to Paris.
Farrah teased her figure in the minimal ensemble which was open wide at her front to reveal her cleavage.
She ensured all eyes were on her as she showed off her tanned legs and appeared to have just gotten out of the shower as she donned a towel on her head.
The mum could be seen looking out into the distance from a window and admiring the stunning Eifel tower.
She captioned the throwback pic with “Paris” and a kissing emoji.
It comes after Farrah, who has been open about the fact that she gets butt fillers, snuck in a beachside workout earlier this week where she showcased her new look.
Photos show the MTV star slipping into a few yoga poses and doing squats with a resistance band while waves crashed nearby.

She was spotted posing for a selfie at one point and taking a stroll with Sophia.
Through it all, her plumped-up booty was on display in tiny lavender shorts.
The reality star paired her hot pants with an equally tiny top, which showcased her cleavage.
Sophia matched her mom with purple hair but donned all black as she walked through the sand with Farrah by her side.
Fans recently pleaded with her to “stop getting fillers” after comparing her appearance now to a throwback of her on Teen Mom.
Several fans urged her to stop putting filler in her lips, noting that they look “puffier” lately.
