On May 22, Dominic Foppoli, 39, resigned as the Mayor of Windsor after being accused of allegedly sexually assaulting the Teen Mom star and eight other women.
Lawyer Spencer Kuvin said the reality star handed over photos, video, and audio relating to the alleged assault.
Spencer, 51, said to the San Francisco Chronicle: “This is not a ‘he said, she said’ situation. She has physical proof. We believe it is in felony territory.”
Dominic wrote in a statement: “It is with a heavy heart that I am resigning, effective today,”
“I have always and will always maintain that I did not engage in any non-consensual sexual acts with any woman.”
Dominic accused the MTV star of making the sexual assault allegations “in an attempt to leverage the situation to her advantage.”
The police in Palm Beach, Florida, are investigating the claims that Foppoli sexually assaulted Farrah back in March when he visited the area.
