TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason’s custom design company has been shut down by the state.
David, 34, launched Black River Metal and Wood back in 2019, where he sells custom products including knives, coat racks and leather key chains.
The former Teen Mom 2 dad filed a business license for the company on August 12, 2019.
The North Carolina Secretary of State’s Office exclusively confirmed to The Celeb Report that the business was shut down by the state on June 15, 2021 because David failed to file an annual report.
Despite the company’s dissolution, David continues to sell products on his website ranging from $40 to $120.
The office explained to The Celeb Report that he could still conduct business despite the dissolved license.

The spokesperson said David is a “sole proprietor” now, meaning he is the sole business owner.
There are restrictions though, as the spokesperson explained: “He can’t open a bank account or get a loan under the business.”
TAX TROUBLE
This comes as the couple continues to owe $46,406 in state taxes for the 2017 year, as The Celeb Report previously reported.
A court clerk confirmed to The Celeb Report that the lien filed in 2020 remains unpaid today.
The Teen Mom Reddit is More Classier page was the first to report on the business license.
The mother of three was fired from Teen Mom 2 in May 2019 when her husband admitted to shooting and killing the family’s French bulldog for nipping at their daughter, Ensley, 5.
David was fired from the series a year prior for homophobic social media comments.
While David launched his business after the firing, Jenelle, 30, has dabbled in a number of projects including makeup line JE Cosmetics and clothing company The Jenelle Eason Collection, both which are inactive today.
The mother of three does run The Jenelle Evans Podcast and has a popular YouTube channel.
