TEEN Mom Kailyn Lowry revealed she is “planning a breast reduction” after the reality star admitted she is “not happy” with herself.
This comes after the 28-year-old scored a deal with Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty lingerie line.

The MTV star took to her Instagram Stories to answer some questions from fans, when one person decided to ask her her “bra size.”
Kailyn responded: “36DDD but planning a breast reduction,” as she also added a fingers crossed emoji.
Just last month, Kailyn discussed her image issues with body positivity advocate, Married At First Sight star Jamie Otis, on her Coffee Convos podcast.
Kailyn explained: “I’m in a place right now where I don’t want to go see people because I’m not happy with myself.
“Right now I’m at the highest weight I’e ever been and I’m not happy with myself. My clothes fit differently. I hate it.
“Half of my brain is like, ‘Go get fit’ – I’m going to the gym every day – and the other half of me is like, ‘I’m almost 30, just embrace your body, just be OK with it.'”
The Teen Mom 2 star continued: “I am [happy with her body] on some days. On other days I’m like, ‘Holy s**t, I hate my body.’
“In 2016 I was at the healthiest I’ve ever been, I worked out, I had cosmetic surgery… I maintained it [her weight] for the entire year until I got pregnant.
“I was so happy. But now I can’t get the weight off to save my life. I don’t know what’s going on.”
Kailyn, who has also been open about getting lip injections, would later say: “We live in such a weird time that if we do something, if we get work done, it’s almost frowned upon.
“But I just feel like a lot of us want it and we don’t really know about it and if more people talked about it, we could be more open about it.”
Earlier this month, the mother of four revealed she is a brand ambassador for Rihanna’s lingerie line, as she announced the news while posing in a Savage lilac lace bra and silky black kimono.
Kailyn has four sons – Isaac, 11, with her ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, seven, with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin and Lux, three, and Creed, six months with former partner Chris Lopez.
Last year, the TV star revealed her mission to drop 50 pounds after giving birth to her youngest child.
“My goal right now is to drop 50 pounds and join the Air Force Reserves. I have to get my head in the game,” she said in a Coffee Convos chat in September.
Aside from dealing with her self-confidence, Kailyn is also grappling with the aftermath after being arrested for “punching” ex Chris, as well as perhaps being the reason Javi and his ex Lauren Comeau parted ways.
