TEEN Mom Kailyn Lowry revealed her “boobs make me look bigger than I am” as she continues to aim to get a breast reduction.
The reality star has been quite open about her body issues and has already admitted to going under the knife various times.
It all kicked off when Kailyn took to her Instagram Stories for a Q&A with fans as one asked her: “Why on earth do you want a breast reduction? You’re perfect.”
The MTV star replied: “It’s hard to find clothes that are flattering because my boobs make me look bigger than I am.”
The 29-year-old first revealed her breast reduction plans back in February after one person decided to ask the TV star about her “bra size.”
Kailyn responded: “36DDD but planning a breast reduction,” as she also added a fingers crossed emoji.
Previously, the Teen Mom 2 star had discussed her image issues with body positivity advocate, Married At First Sight star Jamie Otis, on her Coffee Convos podcast.
Kailyn explained: “I’m in a place right now where I don’t want to go see people because I’m not happy with myself.
“Right now I’m at the highest weight I’ve ever been and I’m not happy with myself. My clothes fit differently. I hate it.
“Half of my brain is like, ‘Go get fit’ – I’m going to the gym every day – and the other half of me is like, ‘I’m almost 30, just embrace your body, just be OK with it.'”

She continued: “I am [happy with her body] on some days. On other days I’m like, ‘Holy s**t, I hate my body.’
“In 2016 I was at the healthiest I’ve ever been, I worked out, I had cosmetic surgery… I maintained it [her weight] for the entire year until I got pregnant.
“I was so happy. But now I can’t get the weight off to save my life. I don’t know what’s going on.”
BIG CHANGES
Kailyn has also been aiming towards shedding some weight as she previously lost 12 pounds and showed off the results in a tiny crop top.
A fan quickly asked: “Ever consider getting more plastic surgery?”
Kailyn replied: “Once I get to my goal weight I plan to have breast reduction surgery. My only regret is not waiting until I was completely done with kids.”
The star is a mom to four sons – Isaac, 11, Lincoln, eight, Lux, four, and Creed, one.
Another fan wanted to know: “What plastic surgery have you done?”
‘MOMMY MAKEOVER’
Kailyn said: “I haven’t had anything recent. I did a mommy makeover in 2016.”
She had a Brazilian butt lift in 2016 and also regularly gets lip fillers and Botox in her face.
Aside from working on herself, the mom of four has also been focused on completing her Delaware mansion.
