Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry shared she’d consider being completely ‘transparent’ on the long-running reality series show IF MTV were to make her a producer.
Fans have slammed the mom-of-four after she didn’t film the aftermath of her September 2020 arrest for “punching” her ex, Chris Lopez, “with a closed fist” over their son Lux’s haircut.

Kailyn said on her Coffee Convos Podcast with Lindsie Chrisley: “There’s so many things that if I had a producer credit I feel like would be willing to share things that I normally wouldn’t… because it’s hard with the Javi incident back in 2012, it’s not okay and I’m sorry.
“And I’m still in therapy, and it still comes up, and that is something I will regret for the rest of my life. And I think for something like that if I had a hand in editing so that I knew it was going to tell the whole story cause I don’t think it did- not that it would ever justify it.
“Don’t get me wrong, definitely not justifying it, but I could be more transparent about every f***ing thing, if I did have a hand in the editing so I could how it’s going to be played out.”
Back in 2012, MTV cameras caught a fight between Kailyn and Javi escalate so much, she grabbed him by the neck of his shirt and pushed him.
She yelled in the clip: “God I just want to f***ing punch you. I f***ing hate you.”
On a recent episode this season, Kailyn only focused on her home design and spoke to her son Isaac, 11, about collaborating on wallpaper for his brother’s room.
The reality star was featured only briefly during the show, as she chose to lay low and not mention her “domestic abuse” arrest that was actually occurring at that time.
Fans were shocked that she made no mention of her altercation with Chris Lopez, with whom she shares her sons Lux, three, and Creed, 10 months.
Her co-star Briana DeJesus, has also accused her of “covering up” her real troubles from MTV.
She said: “Kail doesn’t want to film about breaking and entering into Chris momma house and beating him for cutting his child’s hair.”
“Like someone is filming on the show legitimately filming about a wallpaper color choice when she could be filming about a domestic abuse situation with her baby daddy that I was told she was trying to hide,” she claimed.
“This is back when a child’s hair was cut as was allegedly arrested after allegedly getting into a physical altercation with Her baby daddy.”
In September Kailyn was arrested for “punching” Chris “several times with a closed fist”, and for offensive touching, though she denied that the fight turned physical.
In February, The Celeb Report exclusively revealed charges against Kailyn were dropped.
Kailyn shares Creed and Lux with her third baby daddy Chris, 11-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera and seven-year-old Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
