TEEN Mom star Ryan Edwards’ wife Mackenzie looks unrecognizable in a resurfaced video.
Fans commented that she has a “different face” now compared to her appearance in the throwback scene.
In a Reddit thread for Teen Mom fans, one user reshared the clip of Ryan and Mackenzie’s shotgun wedding during season six.
The Redditor pointed out the unusual kiss that Ryan gave his mom before the ceremony, as he kissed her on the lips.
However, fans in the comments section were also keen to discuss his wife Mackenzie’s appearance at the time.
The Tennessee native, now 25, certainly looks very different these days, with a slimmed-down figure and brunette hair.
She has also had lip fillers and botox, but has denied going under the knife for plastic surgery.
One Redditor commented: “I think Mackenzie looked so good here. I wish she hadn’t gone crazy with her look.”
A second added: “Mack looks so different now.”

Much of Mackenzie’s altering appearance is due to her incredible weight loss journey.
Last summer, she revealed she was putting in hard work with her fitness and nutrition after welcoming her daughter Stella Rhea in January 2020.
Aside from Stella, Mackenzie also shares three-year-old son Jagger with her husband Ryan, as well as a son, Hudson, from a previous marriage.
The now-fired Teen Mom star Mackenzie said her kids inspired her to get up in the morning and kickstarted her weight loss journey.
DIET OVERHAUL
Discussing her new diet with her followers on social media, she revealed that she was eating: “Gluten/dairy-free… reverse dieted out of keto into moderate carbs”.
She added that she was eating “specific macros” and lifting heavy weights to shape up her body.
