If absence really does make the heart grow fonder, Heartstopper’s many fans – who were smitten from the off – will be utterly besotted following a 15-month wait for the hit coming-of-age show to return. Now we finally have the chance to catch up with cute couple Charlie (Joe Locke) and Nick (Kit Connor), as well as Tao (William Gao), Tara (Corinna Brown), Elle (Yasmin Finney) and Darcy (Kizzy Edgell). And it looks as if the new series will be every bit as funny, heartwarming and inclusive as the first, with Nick and Charlie getting used to being in a relationship and their friends figuring out their own love lives. Meanwhile, an exciting school trip to Paris is on the horizon, as are some rather less exciting exams. Welcome back, guys.

Anyone who’s ever watched Nailed It! – the hilarious competitive baking show in which inept home bakers attempt to recreate fiendishly difficult cakey creations – will know how much fun it is. Excitingly, the show has now got a spin-off, which isn’t all that different but still promises to provide plenty of entertainment. In this version, host Nicole Byer and expert Jacques Torres welcome 10 inexperienced but very motivated amateurs to the Nailed It! kitchen, where they’ll be coached by some brilliant, world-renowned pastry chefs and take part in some typically tricky baking challenges. Action-packed Star Wars spin-off Young Jedi Adventures is back and ready to lift off once again. Following on from the first seven episodes of season one – which landed in May – here comes another batch of six exciting instalments. As before, the action centres on a group of Younglings, training with Master Yoda at the temple on Tenoo and learning what it takes to be a Jedi. Among them are Kai Brightstar (voiced by Jamaal Avery Jr.) and his best friends Lys and Nubs.
