THE Big Bang Theory cast have reunited for a special project full of “new and shocking secrets about the show”.
Fans of the American sitcom were heartbroken when the final season aired back in 2019 – but the gang are finally back together as they work on an oral history book on the hit comedy series.
The book called The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series by Jessica Radloff, features interviews with 40 people, including the cast and creators (Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady), and is due out in October.
This includes Johnny Galecki (Leonard), Jim Parsons (Sheldon), Kaley Cuoco (Penny), Simon Helberg (Howard), Kunal Nayyar (Raj), Melissa Rauch (Bernadette) and Mayim Bialik (Amy).
The cast will spill the beans on some of the juiciest behind-the-scene secrets from the show including talk on the original pilot and the cast’s personal lives.
“Ever since The Big Bang Theory signed off in May 2019, fans have been asking for a reunion, and come October, they will have it, in the form of The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series,” Radloff said.

“Having covered the series for most of its 12-year run, I thought I knew everything — and I mean everything – about it.
“Turns out, after doing over 116 hours of brand-new interviews for this book I learned my knowledge only scratched the surface, and I promise I’m not over-selling that.”
She also teased that “many of the reveals were new and shocking to the actors as well” as the producers.
“Many of the reveals were new and shocking to the actors as well, and executive producers Chuck Lorre, Steve Molaro, Steve Holland and Bill Prady,” Radloff continued.
“Now that we are just months away from publication, I presume the level of excitement I have about finally sharing this with the fans is equal to what Sheldon and Amy felt when they won the Nobel.”
The Big Bang Theory, created Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, ran a total of 279 episodes across 12 series from 2007 to 2019.
