THE British Soap Awards nominations returns to celebrate a mammoth year in soap opera after being off air for two years.

The event will look back on twelve months of murder, mystery, make-ups, break ups, trials, tribulations and tears.

The Outstanding Achievement Award and The Tony Warren Award will be announced on the night.

When is The British Soap Awards?

ITV has confirmed a two-hour slot for the ceremony, due to take place live on Saturday, June 11 at 8 pm.

The awards will take place in London at The Hackney Empire and will honour the nation’s biggest and most-loved soap operas.

Hosted once again by Phillip Schofield, the live awards will be presented by an array of well-known faces from across the TV and showbiz world.

Once aired, the ceremony will become available to watch on the ITV Hub.
