THE Chase fans were left swooning over a “handsome” Ted Bundy lookalike contestant that left them glued to their screens on Monday night.
The latest instalment of the ITV quiz show saw Gary, Damon, Sarah and Emma join forces to take on one of the country’s finest brains – and one of them soon stole the show.
Up first was Gary from Roehampton and it turned out that he had met host Bradley Walsh before.
Stunning the host, Gary revealed he had appeared on fellow ITV quiz show Cash Strapped – also hosted by Walsh – and even won the game.
With that experience firmly under his belt, Gary then took a huge gamble by opting for Chaser Jenny Ryan’s gigantic offer of £30,000.
Proving his wealth, Gary led by example after he dismantled The Vixen in the opening round – and his fellow three counterparts were just as fortunate.

All back at the table, the knowledgable foursome were equipped with a sizeable £34,000 in their kitty.
Those watching at home, however, were more obsessed with Gary’s good looks, rather than the team’s overall performance.
Taking to Twitter, one fan gushed: “Is Gary on The Chase quite fit, or am I just delusional? He’s dreamy in my eyes.”
Echoing their comments, someone else questioned: “Anyone else like Gary on The Chase? Damn, you hot.”
Replying to their admission, someone else said: “Yes, but slightly tainted because he looks like Ted Bundy.”
Despite their impressive run, the quad were brushed away with ease by Jenny after she caught them with well over half a minute left on the clock.
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
