The racy remark left Jenny blushing

Bradley revealed that while he’d never been to Australia or New Zealand, he was “big down under”.

The comment came about after one of the contestants revealed that they originally lived in Sydney.

The presenter asked Chaser Jenny Ryan if she had every visited Australia, with her responding “no”.

However, Bradley said that he’d also never been and then sneaked in a subtle quip adding: “However, I’m very big down under.”

His saucy remark left fans at home in hysterics, while Jenny was lost for words.

It is unclear if he was referring to his nether regions or if he was speaking about sunny Australia.

Bradley’s fans will be excited at the imminent arrival of brand new TV comedy drama series, The Larkins.

LARKING AROUND

ITV has announced that The Larkins will make its debut on our screens on Sunday, October 10 at 8pm on ITV.

The series is an adaptation of H. E. Bates’s 1958 novel Darling Buds of May, which was turned into a television series in the 1990s.

The 2021 version is a fresh take on the working-class Larkins family, set in 1950s rural Kent.

Bradley Walsh plays the role of Pop Larkin, the head of the household and at the heart of the antics.

Speaking about his new role, the host of The Chase said: “The warmth and affection that H. E. Beates has generated through his books is so uplifting.

“I cannot wait to be part of the Larkin family. It’ll be a hoot!”

The colourful and flamboyant Larkin family often get into trouble with the authorities, with Pop Larkin and wife Ma determined to get the very best out of life alongside their six children.

The main focus of the drama is the love story between Pop and Ma’s eldest daughter, Mariette, and village new boy Cedric ‘Charley’ Charlton.

The newcomer enters the village to cast an eye over the family’s tax affairs, but it is not long before his eye starts to wander instead towards Mariette.
