BRADLEY WALSH had some stern words for The Chase’s Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan during Thursday’s episode after she failed to beat a contestant.
Host Bradley, 61, was joined by contestants Paul, Michael, Jason, and Ceri who hoped to beat professional quizzer Jenny and take home a mega cash prize.
While Jenny is typically on top form, she appeared to hit a brick wall when it came to playing against Ceri, who had already earned £4,000 in her cash-builder round.
As Ceri came up against her in the hopes of adding more to her already impressive prize fund, Jenny slipped up on a relatively simple question: “Which political magazine is nicknamed ‘the staggers?'”
Jenny opted to select the incorrect answer ‘The spectator’ instead of the correct answer, ‘The new Statesmen’, which Ceri selected.
And ITV host Bradley wasted no time poking fun at Jenny for failing to answer the question correctly, shouting “What?!”
“You’re having a shocker, love!” he continued, as Jenny attempted to brush off the error.
And he didn’t stop there, even as Jenny looked a little embarrassed at her failure to answer the question correctly.
As Ceri made her way back to her seat in preparation for the Final Chase, Bradley refused to listen to Jenny’s explanation regarding her error.
The host joked: “There’s no point talking to you,” before poking further fun by telling her: “You should get your game together.”
Jenny appeared to be having a rough day of it as she later slip up again when she went head to head with contestant Jason.
Jason only accumulated £2,000 in his cash-builder round and opted to play for that amount in their face-off.
Incredibly, he also made it back to the final round thanks to Jenny’s incorrect answers.
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
