THOSE tuning into the final of ITV’s The Games have been left incredibly distracted by Phoenix Gulzar Brown.
The talented athlete is proving her talents on the show, but it’s her accent which has left viewers baffled.
Phoenix, 23, is the daughter of Spice Girls star Melanie Brown and dancer Jimmy Gulzar.
Whilst many expected the stunning star to have a northern accent like her mum, she actually has a strong American twang.
So much so, that fans made a striking comparison
On Twitter, viewers of the show were all saying the same thing, that Phoenix sounds exactly like Miley Cyrus.
One wrote: “Phoenix has the same talking voice as Miley Cyrus #TheGames“
Another said: “Pheonix’s accents… wtf sounds like a leeds/usa version of miley cyrus #TheGames“
The comments continued: “Phoenix Gulzar-Brown sounds just like Miley Cyrus when she speaks, I can’t unhear it #TheGames“
Hannah Montana actress and chart-topping singer Miley, 29, is from Tennessee in the States and her voice is incredibly unique.
Phoenix was raised mainly in Los Angeles and her mum Mel has a very strong Leeds accent.
Her similarity to southern belle Miley is likely a result of both her combination of accents and husky tonality.
