THE Inbetweeners legends Joe Thomas and James Buckley have reunited for a special project, completely transforming themselves into Liam and Noel Gallagher for a Comic Relief sketch.

Recreating the Gallagher Brothers

The actors, known for their roles on the E4 sitcom, will lead Oasis: The Reunion: The Movie for this year's Red Nose Day, ahead of the band's upcoming gigs. Mimicking Oasis' tour reunion poster, the parody flick will take viewers on a journey from Manchester rockers to A-list superstars, packed with 90s nostalgia and Britpop culture.

Celebrity Cameos and Prizes

Apart from Joe and James, a lineup of celebrities including Hugh Dennis, Micky Flanagan, Roisin Conaty, Piers Morgan, Tasha Ghouri, Martin Lewis, Vernon Kay, and Melvin Odoom will make cameo appearances in the sketch. Comic Relief will also offer prizes like VIP tickets at Wembley Stadium's Royal Box, a guitar signed by Liam and Noel, VIP tour merchandise, and travel accommodations.

Excitement Over the Project

Joe Thomas expressed his excitement, stating, "I grew up watching Comic Relief and the big sketch was always a highlight of the night." James Buckley added, "I had such a fun time with Joe, making this sketch for Comic Relief, and was honored to be asked to be a part of it. And, of course, being a huge Oasis fan, getting to be Liam for the day was a dream come true."
