THE One Show has had another hosting shake-up – with Alex Jones forced to present the show alone.
The Welsh host opened The One Show solo as her co-presenter was busy with other projects.

The presenter shared the news of the shakeup with the 339k followers on Instagram
Alex, who usually sits on the famous green sofa with either Ronan Keating, Jermaine Jenas or Ronan Kemp, shared with her fans that she would be presenting the episode alone.
Just before the BBC programme aired, Alex shared the news of the shake-up with her 339k followers on Instagram.
The loveable presenter shared a video of her in the studio with Celine Dion’s All By Myself playing in the background along with the caption: “Flying solo tonight on BBC The One Show.”
Alex explained to the viewers why her co-star Jermaine Jenas was absent.

She said: “It’s just me tonight, look, because Jermain is still busy with our Surprise Squad.
“They’re underway with the first of their epic set of challenges for Children in Need and later, we’ll be introducing you to another member of the amazing team.”
The One Show presenter was soon joined by a star-studded line up of guests, including Jenna Coleman, Aidan Turner and Ben Miller.
The Victoria and Poldark stars turned up to promote their newplay Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons.
Alex was thrilled to see Jenna and Aidan and said: “So nice to have some company in the studio!”
The Surprise Squad is The One Show’s fundraising challenge – the second year it has run – for Children In Need.
The squad is Made up of five inspirational young people who have benefitted from BBC Children in Need funding, the Surprise Squad members are lending a hand as part of a series of challenges to give back to others being supported by BBC Children in Need.
