ALEX Jones was left embarrassed as she suffered an ’emergency’ tan disaster just hours before going on air.
The One Show presenter was getting ready to go live and present the BBC chat show when the mishap occurred.

Just before Thursday’s episode transmitted Alex, 45, shared a clip of her legs on social media with her fans.
She revealed her tan mishap to her 339,000 followers which showed her heavily tanned brown legs while her feet were noticeably whiter.
Jones captioned the clip ’emergency pre-show tan’ as a makeup artist could be seen attempting to blend her feet with the rest of her legs.
Despite the panic, Alex still managed to present the programme and the mishap wasn’t visible on telly.
She was forced to apologise live on air just days ago after her mobile phone began ringing in the studio.
As the phone started making noise, Alex looked around in horror before gasping: “Oh, that’s my ring…”
That same episode sparked outrage amongst viewers as they fumed that both Alex and her co-host Jermaine Jenas were ‘rude’ to a guest.

Viewers accused the pair of ignoring EastEnders star Danielle Harold and favouring TV presenter Gabby Logan who was also on the show.
Danielle was on the show to talk about her character Lola Pierce’s devastating cancer storyline.
One raged: “Im sorry I thought you brought Danielle on the show to talk about the coverage of Lola’s brain cancer storyline? Such an important subject yet you turned today’s episode into the gabby show #disappointed #TheOneShow.”
Another chimed in: “I bet Danielle Harold is wondering why she bothered showing up. They gave her about 2 minutes and even then kept going back to Gabby Logan.”
“So f***ing rude, Danielle comes on to talk about something important and the presenters talk over to talk to Gabby. So unprofessional,” fumed a third.
The One Show airs weeknights from 7pm on BBC One.
