The Only Way is Essex Star Junaid Ahmed Addresses Rumours About Leaving the Show

THE Only Way is Essex star Junaid Ahmed had clarified his future on the show amid rumours he looked set to quit the reality show for good.

Setting the Record Straight

The TV star has been the centre of the drama on the hit ITVBe reality programme since joining. As well as his controversial union with boyfriend Joe Blackman, Junaid has found himself locked in a slew of heated rows which have resulted in him refusing to speak to certain co-stars.

It led to speculation that he could be set to leave the programme for good amid the feuds but in an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report, Junaid has clarified that could not be further from the truth.

Speaking at Tulley's Christmas Light Festival, Junaid revealed he would not be going anywhere and would be heading out to Bali soon to begin filming the next series of the show.

An Explosive Christmas on Towie

Junaid teased an explosive Christmas on Towie with boyfriend Joe and braced fans for some intense scenes. The upcoming Essexmas special is said to be the most explosive ever according to the couple.

Discussing the upcoming special, Junaid said, "I would sit there and say it is probably the most explosive Christmas special that TOWIE has ever, ever had." Joe added, "I've never experienced anything like it."

The scenes, which feature all of this year's cast members around one table, are expected to be jaw-dropping as Junaid confessed, "It was a recipe for disaster."

Clashes and Confessions

One of the cast members Junaid is likely to clash with is his former close friend, Dani Imbert. An explosive row between Junaid and Dani wrecked their friendship with Dani recently admitting that it seemed unlikely that there would be any way back for the pair after recent attempts to rectify their friendship fell flat.

Last month, the former pals 'snubbed' each other after the show's explosive Christmas special. Filming for the festive episode took place in November.

Despite the drama, Junaid made it clear that he is not leaving the show anytime soon, expressing his love for TOWIE and how being part of the programme has changed his life.
