Cops investigated a suspected suicide as they launched an investigation.

Moses’ sister Teerea Kimbro told TMZ that she believes he was kidnapped and killed just days later.

She said that he’d booked a taping for the Monday before his body was found and never showed up.

Family members previously said that they hadn’t heard from the star since last Sunday, as they checked local hospitals but could not find him.

The actor’s manager, Tabatha Minchew said: “He was loved by everyone who met him. Such a bright light in everyone’s eyes.”

From 2013 to 2015, Moses played one of Michonne’s zombies that followed her around. Michonne is played by Danai Gurira on The Walking Dead.

He also appeared in HBO’s Watchmen and in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013.

Actor Jeremy Palko, who played Andy on the AMC show from 2016 to 2017, posted a picture of himself with Moseley on Twitter.

He said: “Heartbroken to hear of the passing of @MosesMoseley. Just an absolute kind and wonderful human being You will be missed my friend. #TWDFamily,’

Moses was always grateful to his fans as during a past interview he made sure to let them know how much he appreciated them.

He said at the time: “I love you all you are all amazing and thank you so much for the support.”

Moses added in another interview: “I had no idea that my involvement in the Walking Dead would prove to be so significant and it has been such an honor to be able to go to conventions and meet different fans…”

Days before his death, the actor posted a note of optimism heading into 2022.

On New Year’s Eve, Moses shared one of his final Instagram posts.

Along with a collage of some of his recent work, he shared his hopes ahead of the new year.

He penned: “I just want to say thank you to The Most High and everyone who helped make this year the most successful year of my life.

“I know 2022 is going to be even better. Wishing everyone a happy, safe and prosperous New Year! May this year bring us all everything we desire and more!”

In one of his final Facebook posts, the star wished his mom and dad a happy birthday.
