THIS Morning fans are over the moon to welcome Holly Willoughby back after she was forced off air with Covid.
The 41-year-old missed more than a week of the show, but was excitedly back in the studio today, telling fans: “It is so nice to be back. I feel like I have been gone forever.
“I have watched loads of you, it’s been like having you in my home.”
Discussing how she felt, she said: “I had 48 hours of feeling really rubbish, head on the pillow and after that you just feel a bit rubbish. It’s just waiting for that line to go. It’s like the worst advent calendar!”
Her followers rushed to share their excitement about seeing her back on screen, with one writing: “You’ve been missed, I’m so glad you’re back
.”
Another added: “It’s so lovely to see your face again!!! Glad you’re feeling much better, hope the ‘rona didn’t affect you too badly 
.”
While someone else wrote: “Yesssssssssssss thank God.”
Yesterday Phil, 59, opened the show saying: “We’re pleased to say that she’s negative and she’s back tomorrow.”

Holly also missed hosting Dancing On Ice alongside Phillip on Sunday 13th March as she was struck down with Covid just hours before the show went live.
At the time Phillip told fans: “Gutted that my mate won’t be with me on Dancing on Ice tonight.
“Get well soon darlin [love heart].”
She was then replaced by presenters Josie Gibson and Alison Hammond on This Morning last week.
Holly has mostly remained silent on social media about her illness, although updated fans about her Wylde Moon brand throughout the week.
She also baked a banana bread to help deal with her boredom during her time at home.
Phil kept fans updated about her progress and on Monday revealed their private messages, saying: “I’ve been texting Holly all through the weekend and she’s absolutely fine. She just has that incredibly persistent and annoying red line that won’t go away.
“She’ll be sitting at home. It’s driving her crazy.”
TV favourite Holly was last out two weeks ago with husband Dan Baldwin for a party at celeb hotspot Annabel’s.
She looked stunning in a shimmering dress with a thigh-high split, while Dan wore an extravagant fur-lined coat.
