THIS Morning fans were baffled as Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary were replaced during Friday’s episode.
Alison, 47, and Dermot, 49, have hosted the last instalment of the week since last year.
But viewers were left surprised when main hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield stood in their place today.
One person asked on Twitter: “Have Alison and Dermot been fired?”
Another said: “It’s Friday. Where are Alison and Dermot?”
A third added: “Where’s Dermot and Alison? Very disappointed.”

And someone else demanded: “Bring back Alison and Dermot!”
After today Holly, 41, and Phil, 60, will take their annual break from the show and a a host of famous faces have been lined up to step in while they’re away.
As well as Alison and Dermot, Ruth Langsford and Rylan Clark will be teaming up to host some episodes.
Other double acts include Rochelle Humes and Andi Peters and Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle.
Rochelle’s former The Saturdays bandmate Mollie King will also be stepping in as presenter.
