This Morning in fresh presenter shake-up as Dermot O’Leary replaced on Friday

THIS Morning has another changing of the guard tomorrow as Dermot O’Leary takes a day off.

Instead the Friday show will be fronted in an all-female and all-Big Brother line-up of Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson.

Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary usually host Friday’s This Morning

Dermot, 48, who hosted with Alison for the whole of half term will make way for the show’s roving reporter.

Holly Willoughby revealed the news at the end of the show today, explaining: “On tomorrow’s show it’s double trouble. Josie will be joining Alison for Friday’s This Morning.”

Phillip Schofield added: “They’ll also be going head to head in a brand new guessing game, What The Hack?”

Alison meanwhile chose a rather less relaxed way to reveal the news, posting a video of her and Josie going mad in a car.

They were seen dancing to Dutty by Bru-C and Tsuki side by side in a small car on the side of a road.

Alison captioned the chaotic clip: “Tomorrow at 10am This Morning.”

They pair both rose to fame thanks to Big Brother, with Alison appearing in 2002 while Josie won the 2010 series, bagging a job on This Morning nine years later.

Alison and Dermot have had plenty of screen time lately, taking over from main hosts Phillip and Holly during half term.

They recently marked one year of hosting This Morning’s Friday editions, which were previously fronted by husband and wife team Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
