This Morning viewers all say the same thing as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield return to the show

THIS Morning fans say they are missing Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on their TV screens as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield return to the show.

Holly and Phil took a break over half term but were back in full force today and couldn’t resist paying homage to the Queen after her Paddington Bear sketch by tucking into a marmalade sandwich.

Dermot and Alison hosted the show last week

Those watching at home were hoping to see Alison and Dermot though and took to Twitter to discuss it.

One person wrote: “Bring back Alison I can’t deal with this pair #ThisMorning.”

A second added: “#thismorning is so dull and lifeless without Alison and Dermot.   Someting needs to change.   Phil Holly now too robotic.”

While a third commented: “Back to normal, Phil and Holly are back, yawn! #ThisMorning

.”

Holly and Phil always take the school holidays off the show, as well as Fridays.

Holly also missed This Morning whilst she filmed The Games last month.

She and former cricketer Freddie Flintoff, 44, hosted the celebrity sporting competition on ITV for five days.

Rochelle Humes, 33, stood in for her alongside Phillip.

She also appeared in January when the ITV star took more than two weeks off to film the BBC’s Freeze The Fear with Lee Mack.

Yesterday the busy mum-of -three took part in celebrations for the Platinum Jubilee as she joined the parade.

She rode on top of a double decker bus with other celebs including Nicole Scherzinger and Rylan Clark.

The telly favourite looked stunning as ever in the floral number which showed off her figure perfectly.

Sharing a series of pictures from the bus, Holly wrote: “Day of dreams…. Happy Happy Platinum Jubilee your Majesty… we LOVE you
