TOM Parker’s widow Kelsey had an emotional reunion with their kids and said she was “proud of staying strong”.

The grieving wife of the late The Wanted star took to Instagram following her first TV interview since his death.

Kelsey appeared on Loose Women yesterday to pay tribute to her husband Tom, who died aged 33 from brain cancer in March.

When she got home after the interview, she shared a sweet video of her greeting her children.

Set to Ed Sheeran’s Little Bird, the heartwarming video showed the mum-of-two, 32, hugging her daughter Aurelia, 2, and her 19-month old son Bodhi.

Captioning the adorable clip, Kelsey wrote: “Thank you for all your lovely messages today. Not an easy interview but I’m proud I stayed strong, no tears

“Thank you so much to the lovely ladies and the kind team at @loosewomen. Home to my babies in the sunshine. Happy weekend everyone.”

Yesterday brave Kelsey opened up Loose Women about life with out her beloved husband.

Speaking to the panel she said: “He has given me so many signs… car alarms go off at four in the morning, I tell him ‘not at four in the morning Tom!.

“I do talk to him. I think that’s a release as well. To talk to him, and I can feel him there.”

She added: “I know he had terminal cancer, but this came as a massive shock to us. I didn’t think this was going to be the end.

“I think I definitely am probably still in shock.”

In 2020 the devoted husband and dad’s world was torn apart when he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.

The couple wanted to make the most of every monent with his family and his bandmates even performing on a final tour.

Tom’s condition deteriorated and he died on March 30th with his wife holding his hand.

Kelsey spoke about she has remained strong for their kids Aurelia, two, and 19-month-old Bohdi, telling viewers she gets her strength “from within.”

She added: “I feel strong, I’m just getting through each day. I have the kids. I have to wake up each day, I have to get on with it, just trying to be as strong as possible in a really difficult situation and time for us all.”
