FORMER The Only Way Is Essex star Demi Sims has been spotted stripping topless for an unfiltered snap showing off her vitiligo.
The reality TV star took to her Instagram for the snap as she celebrated her skin condition – which causes her skin to lose colour in patches across her neck, chest, arms and lower stomach.

Demi, 26, placed her arms over her chest to hide her assets as she smiled wide for the camera in her latest social media upload.
The former Towie star looked all glammed up – but proudly left her vitiligo on show as she celebrated the skin disease.
Smiling away from the camera, Demi – who had put on pink eyeshadow and matching lipstick for the shoot – let her long blonde locks flow down her back.
She wrote to her fans: “Well, where do I start? A few weeks ago, I got completely starkers in front of a camera crew to send the public who are living with a skin condition a message to love yourself.
“This has got to be the most nervous I had ever been.
“I’ve done the extreme so I could feel what it was like going back in time again; the first time I ever came out about my vitiligo.
“Yes it was scary and yes I felt uncomfortable and out of my comfort zone for a minute, but that minute didn’t last very long when I started to remember why and who I was doing this for, and that’s when the confidence started to ooze out.
“I hope I can help at least one person from this post, and I will continue to speak more openly about vitiligo.
“I have been filming on our new show wearing hardly any makeup in some scenes so viewers can see it, it’s fair to say I’m no longer hiding. I’m out and proud and my vitiligo is here to stay.”
Alongside the shoot, Demi told OK! magazine: “There’s nothing worse than getting messages on social media from people asking me how I cover it up. I want people to embrace it and be happy in their skin.”
It comes after Demi stripped down to a bikini on her social media as she topped up her tan ahead of her family’s new reality series.
Eldest Sims sibling Chloe confirmed she had quit reality show The Only Way Is Essex after an 11 year stint earlier this year.
Chloe’s shock TOWIE departure – along with that of sisters Demi and Frankie – came after The Celeb Report revealed she and her sisters are in talks for their own Kardashian-style reality show.
Before filming started, Demi took to her Instagram grid to show off her bikini body as she covered up her vitiligo.
Demi has opted for a more natural look on her social media of late after having her lip filler removed.
In an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report, the reality star said she was thrilled with the results of her new lips and admitted getting her fillers dissolved was the “best thing she’s ever done.”
Demi proudly showed off her stunning new look after she told us that “natural is the way forward.”
